Ace of Spades is produced by a staff of only eight people, and only the first wine pressing from the traditional press is used. After being aged for 9 months in oak casks from Burgundy, it’s transfered to opaque gold bottles and then four genuine pewter labels are fitted to each bottled and polished by hand.
