The all-new Drink Happy Hour is the perfect way to relax after work, or a day of sightseeing on the Riverwalk. Our Happy Hour runs from 5pm to 7pm daily, and in addition to $3 well liquors and $3 Draft Dos Equis, it features some of our most popular cocktails and three wines by the glass.
Signature Margarita – $4.95
Our signature margarita is one of our most popular cocktails, and is made using a classic margarita recipe based on freshly squeezed lime juice (rather than the more recent usage of sweet-and-sour mix from the soda gun).
Naturally, no margarita is perfect without a good tequila, and Cointreau. Our signature margarita is a Drink cocktail classic!
Bloody Mary – $4.95
Although popularly known as a mixture of vodka and tomato juice, the best Bloody Mary recipes combines additional garnishes that compliment the mixture and highlight the drink’s unique flavor.
We’re particularly fond of adding lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, and serving it with a celery stick. Our Bloody Mary is a great way to start your evening at Drink.
Kir Royale – $4.95
A regular Kir is made with white wine, and a Kir Pétillant is made with sparkling wine – only the Kir Royale uses real French Champagne, mixed with creme de cassis.
The Kir Royale is always a popular Happy Hour cocktail, since the slight sweetness makes it a great aperitif while the Champagne provides welcome refreshment, especially in San Antonio usually hot weather.
Classic Martini – $4.95
Everyone loves a martini! Straight up, dirty, olives or a twist – its your choice. Many bartenders believe the secret in is in the shake, but we like to believe the quality of the vodka is also equally important.
Described by H L Mencken as “the only American invention as perfect as the sonnet”, there is a crisp directness in the martini unmatched by any other drink.
Carousel Champagne – $4.95
A perfect way to end your day – indulge in a glass of Carousel Brut, which has a clean taste with a subtle hint of apple.
As Willie Gluckstern said, “In a perfect world, everyone would have a glass of Champagne every evening,” and here at Drink we are pleased to be making that happen at Happy Hour.
Lindeman’s Chardonnay – $4.95
Our most popular white wine is a quintessential Australian classic, bursting with delicious fruit flavors that define its instantly recognizable flavor.
Les Jamelles Cabernet Sauvignon – $4.95
This excellent red wine has mild, accessible and fruity flavors that blend well and provide a quick finish.
Draft Dos Equis or Draft Miller Lite – $3.00
